I was tasked with creating a poster to be used as a recruitment tool for our growing team of graphic designers. Since it's creation, it has been re-spun by colleagues to aid other departments in their own recruitment efforts.
The question on my mind as I created this piece:
"As a designer, what would make me stop and look?"
